Superb two-room apartment in a residence with sea view. Five minutes walk from Juan-les-Pins center and the beaches.
The residence consists of a large outdoor swimming pool for adults and another for children, a 6-hectare garden, two tennis courts and several ping-pong tables.
• Accommodation:
The 34 m² apartment consists of:
- a fully equipped closed kitchen (hotplates, host, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and washing machine)
- a main room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, a dining table, 4 chairs, a nesting coffee table, and a large television.
- a mezzanine bedroom with two 140 x 190 cm beds
- a work area with desk and chair
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet
- a large storage space (dressing room)
• Other equipment:
- Sheets/bed linen and towels provided.
- The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber).
• Guest access
- We do not have a parking space in the residence but there are car spaces all along the street.
• Other remarks:
- Possibility of transfer from Nice airport on request after reservation.
- Possibility of making an early entry or late exit for a fee of €15 per hour.
- Max: Entry 1 p.m. / Exit 2 p.m.
