Le Magnolias - Calme, Piscine chauffée & Tennis

Apartment substandard , facilities and location good Positive: The facilities such as pool and tennis courts were great. The availability of the equipment (tennis rackets etc) also saved us buying them. Negative: We have many issues with the property. On night one when went to pull out sofa bed noticed holes in the sheet and marks also. Equally the sheet on the top bed bed had dirt marks on it. So night one 4 of us slept in one bed and one on the couch without the bed being pulled out .The toilet brush in the bathroom was also broken. I raised this with owner and they sorted next day although i don’t think the top bunk sheet was changed. On day 1, we noticed the water flushed high on the toilet but it seems to resolve itself. Then we had a blocked toilet -we’re told someone would come urgently -they did not so for over 12 hours we had no toilet in apartment. We were informed we were to blame as we put toilet roll down toilet. We were not told this was not allowed and equally no indication in that bathroom that this was a requirement. Following our stay, we got home and were told we were not getting back €200 of our deposit due to toilet issue and a blind needing attention - I requested proof that we were informed not to use toilet roll in toilet and asked for evidence of broken blind - neither have come! The shower itself needs cleaning properly and regrouping. There was stains on floor of bathroom like bleach marks where toilet brush and a bin were! I would also add there is not a seperate bedroom it is more a studio with double bunk beds and a sofa bed- i am not sure how old or if or the pillows but we had each and my daughter ended up with a sty on her eye. This equally may not be due to this but it’s occurred while on the trip. In summary I would be careful and would certainly not stay here again! It seems the are trying to make a bit of extra money by retaining people’s deposit without any information or evidence. The kitchen was clean and the facilities were decent as was the location but that’s about it! I would recommend if you notice any issue report straight away as I feel the owners blame you for their problems with apartment!

Positive: Il parco è incantevole, con piscina riscaldata,tavoli da ping pong e tennis, tantissimo verde. Inoltre è vicinissima al centro ma super tranquilla. Letti comodi, casa piccola ma funzionale. Perfetta per un soggiorno breve. Negative: È mancata l' acqua calda un giorno, ma era un problema di tutta la struttura. La mancanza di un balcone per soggiorni più lunghi potrebbe essere un problema, ma per noi è andata bene.

Bella tappa ad Antibes Positive: Ideale per una tappa di una notte del nostro viaggio. Parcheggio gratis nelle vicinanze. Bel contesto comune con giardino piscine Ping pong biliardino etc soprattutto d estate.

Positive: Comoda posizione, molto pulita e ci ha fatto trovare anche il caffè e bustine da The. Anche le cose basilari per cucinare così da non doverle comprare per solo 2 giorni! Negative: Che ci fossero dei rotoli di carta igienica in più!

Fantastique ! Positive: Appartement tout juste rénové en novembre 2025, propre et moderne. Le lit est vraiment confortable, on a très bien dormi. L’endroit est lumineux, ensoleillé toute la journée, dans une belle résidence calme avec piscine chauffée, super agréable. Les plages sont à environ 8 minutes à pied, parfait pour profiter d’Antibes sans voiture. Très bon séjour, je recommande ! 🌞🏊‍♂️
